I was able to book a nice houseboat for October and it wasn't cold and the temperature was just right. We went to the Asakusa area and took in the Sky Tree, Tokyo Tower from a distance, and Rainbow Bridge over a 2-hour course.We had to bring in all our drinks and food.
It shakes a little, but it doesn't really affect you that much. The food is delicious, especially the tempura, which is freshly fried.
The night view was beautiful and worth seeing. Passing through Rainbow Bridge, seeing Tokyo Tower in the distance, Odaiba up close, and the lights of the skyscrapers, everything was great.
